Bond: 190000 Fee: 200 Tender Issue Period: 29/06/26 - 06/07/26 Bid Closing Date: 27/07/26 Bond Validity: 24/12/26- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 24/11/26- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: Brief of Scope of Services Qatar Energy requires a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Hot Tapping Equipment and Services to support its operations within the State of Qatar. 1.,,CONTRACTOR shall provide Qatar Energy, on a call-off basis and as and when required, with all management, labour, equipment, materials, consumables, software, support facilities, supervision, testing, inspections, maintenance, repair, remediation, transportation, and all other means and resources necessary for the provision of Hot Tapping Equipment and Services, in full compliance with all standards, specifications, and requirements referred to herein or attached hereto, for Qatar Energys onshore and offshore operated. 1.1,,Site Survey and Pre?Job assessment. 1.2,,Engineering and technical documentation. 1.3,,Provision of experienced personnel. 1.4,,Provision of Hot Tapping Equipment. 1.5,,Provision of a transport basket, containing Hot Tapping equipment, spare parts, and related materials, together with air compressors mounted on a truck or trailer for delivery to the wellsite. 1.6,,Provision of pressurized Habitat equipment. 1.7,,Execution of Hot Tap operations. 1.8,,Pressure control and safety management. 1.9,,Quality assurance and inspection. 1.10,,Post?Job reporting. 2.,,Contract Duration shall be sixty-three (63) months, including 3 months for initial mobilization. Note: a) Tender documents for the above services/works/goods can be obtained from the Dates of Issue within the Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time ends at 2 PM (local time) of the Sale periods end date. b) Suppliers and Contractors who are already registered with Qatar Energy via e-Registration system and are in possession of a valid SAP ID issued by Qatar Energy can buy the Tender document online using the Buy Tender Online link within the Tender Issue Period indicated above. c) Requests for issuance of Tenders after the specified Tender Issue Period will not be entertained. Qatar Energy reserves its right, in its own discretion, to set and recall Tender Issue Periods. d) No queries will be entertained, or bids received, from entities who have not purchased tender documents in compliance with the above provisions. e) All prospective Contractors/suppliers interested to participate in Qatar Energy Tenders are required to register and obtain a Qatar Energy SAP Vendor Code, a mandatory requirement for the issue of Tender Document. f) All bidders shall ensure that the business/company name, contact persons and other details in all relevant documents to reflect the details as stated in the commercial registration documents. g) Bidders/Contractors, who are registered with Qatar Energy and possess a Qatar Energy SAP Vendor ID, shall with immediate effect ensure that any change to the vendor details is updated with Qatar Energy via e-Registration to ensure smooth processing of Tender, Contract and Payment related matters without any delay.
