Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Consultancy Services And Work Execution Supervision For The Objective Dredging Investments In Maritime Ports. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Provision Of Consulting And Supervision Services For The Investment Project: Investment Dredging In Seaports. The Specific Objectives Of The Contract Are To Provide High-Quality Supervision Services During The Design And Execution Period And The Works Guarantee Period, In Order To Monitor The Correct Use Of Available Funds And To Ensure That The Contractor Designs And Executes The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, In Particular With Regard To The Duration, Quantity, Quality And Cost Of The Design And Execution Of The Works. The Field Of Consulting And Supervision Services Is Made Up Of The Following Main Components, But Not Limited To: A) Activities Related To Design Supervision; B) Activities Related To The Pre-Construction Period; C) Activities During The Works Execution Period; D) Activities During The Post-Construction Period, Including The Reception At The End Of The Works E) Activities During The Guarantee Period *** And During The Closure Period (Including The Topographical Monitoring Of The Quays And The Final Reception Of The Works); F) Administration And Management Of The Contract For The Design And Execution Of Works. The Activities Will Be Carried Out According To The Provisions Of The Terms Of Reference, The Consulting And Supervision Services Contract And The Conditions Of The Design And Works Execution Contract (Annex 2). The Provision Of Consulting And Supervision Services Will Be Carried Out Taking Into Account A Series Of Specific Requirements, Detailed At The Level Of Specifications No. 7753/23.02.2026.
