Bids Are invited for Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Multi Drive System; Parker Hannifin; Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc); As Mentioned In The Scope Of Work; Yes - Water Cooled 3 Phase Ac Induction Motor/ Drive Motor , Water Cooled 3 Phase Ac Induction Generator/ Break Generator , Water Cooled 3 Phase Ac Induction Generator/ Break Generator , All Other Items/Systems Associated With Machines Like Encoders, Torque Cells, Sensors & Gauges, Earth Pits Connected To Machines, Water Cooling System For Machines Etc., , Motor Drive Panel/ Inverter Panel , Generator Drive Panels/ Inverter Panel , Igbt Based Supply Unit- Afe Panel , All Other Associated Panels Like Mains Incomer, Control & Communication Cubicles Including All Hardware & Software, Plc, Capacitor Bank, Control Transformer, Drives Primary & Secondary Cooling System, Earth Pits Etc., , Duration Of Amc Contract Is For 3 Years From The Date Of Purchase Order , The Vendor Has To Make Four Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Visits (Quarterly). In Case Of Any Emergency Breakdown, Vendor Has To Make Two Emergency Visits Per Year Without Any Cost Implication. , One Visit Means Up To The Completion Of Preventive Maintenance On All The Equipments Covered Under Amc As Per The Scope Of Work. , Emergency Calls To Be Attended Within A Day Or Two After Receiving A Call From The User. If Any Visits Required Being Made, Other Than Regular Quarterly Periodic Maintenance, That Visit May Be Considered As Emergency Call Visits Up To 2 Visits. (Note: Any Breakdown Or Emergency Call Is Considered As One Visit Till The Restoring Of The System). , If Any Visits Required To Be Made After Six Visits (Four Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Visits & Two Emergency Visits) Per Year Will Be On Chargeable Basis & Vendor To Quote The Price For Per Visit/Per Day. , The Vendor To Quote To The User For The Spares To Be Kept In Stock With Hal For All The Items Covered Under Amc (Drives Spares Including All The Items Like Main Fuses, Safety Relay Etc., For Ac Machines, Plc Hard Ware Etc.,) With Part No. Nomenclature And The Quantity To Be Procured. , If Any Other Spares To Be Replaced By The Vendor During Amc, The Vendor Has To Arrange The Spares On Chargeable Basis. However, The Cost Estimation With Justification For The Cost To Be Submitted For User Approval Prior To Replacement. , If Any Components/Items On The Ac Machines, Drive System Units, Plc, Etc., Damaged/ Non-Functioning/ Malfunctioning/ Degradation Found/Noticed During Amc Period, The Same Is To Be Replaced (Either With Hal Supplied Spares Or Vendor Supplied Spares) And Tested By The Vendor At No Extra Cost. , Any Faulty Cards/Modules/Components Are Required To Be Serviced At Vendors Place Will Be On Chargeable Basis. It Is The Responsibility Of The Vendor To Take The Faulty Item To The Vendors Place And Back To Hal After Service, Installation Of Faulty Item & Checking At No Extra Cost. (Note: However, The Vendor To Submit The Cost Estimation For Repair/Service To User Approval Prior To Service) , All The Necessary Equipments/Tools Required To Carry Out Amc To Be Brought By The Vendor. , After Completion Of Each Amc The Motor/Generators With Drives Connected To Be Tested For Minimum 30 Minutes At Rated Speed At No Load/With Load Based On The Availability Of Test Rig. During The Run All The Drive & Motor/Generators Parameters To Be Monitored And Recorded By The Vendor. , After Amc The Amc/Service Reports To Be Submitted To The User. All The Parameters Monitored/Recorded And Any Observations/Recommendations Etc., Must Be Clearly Mentioned In The Report. The Contents Of Service/Amc Report Format Should Be As Per The Scope Of Works Given For Each Of The Equipment. , Scope Of Work For Preventive Maintenance Activities , Ac Machines (Motor & Generators) , Water Cooling System , Drive System , Multidrive System Functional Checks After Amc , General Requirement , Requirement Of Non-Comprehensive Amc , Scope Of Work , Scope Of Work For Each Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Visit For Dc Drive , Scope Of Emergency Work Or Breakdown Call Visit For Dc Drive
