The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Conservation And Construction Renovation Of The Willa Krzywoń Building, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship Under No. A-832, Along With Its Reconstruction, Expansion And Change Of Use, Based On The Design Documentation In The Possession Of The Ordering Party.2. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Transform An Existing Multi-Family Residential Building With A Service Area Into A Cultural Facility With An Exhibition Function, Including A Modern, Multimedia And Interactive Permanent Exhibition, Emphasizing The Historical And Architectural Values Of The Facility And Being Part Of The Tracks Of The Sources Of History Project. 3. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of Works Consisting In The Design, Execution, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Interior Design And Permanent Exhibition In The Historic Building, Along With Full Technical, Multimedia, Scenographic And Information Equipment, As Well As The Development Of Substantive Content And Documentation Necessary For The Implementation And Use Of The Exhibition. The Order Will Be Implemented In A Formula Covering All Stages Of The Investment - From Conceptual Work And Substantive Inquiries, Through The Development Of Design Documentation, To The Execution Of Construction, Assembly, Installation And Finishing Works, As Well As The Launch And Commissioning Of The Exhibition.4. The Order Includes Two Main Components: I. Construction Works (Based On The Employers Design Documentation): As Part Of This Part, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Submitted Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular: 1) Carrying Out Conservation And Construction Works In A Historic Building, 2) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building, 3) Landscaping, I.E.: A) Access Roads, B) Recreation And Meeting Area, C) Roofed Place For Collecting Solid Waste, Including Reconstruction And Partial Liquidation Of Existing Surfaces To The Extent Necessary To Ensure Accessibility, 4) Construction And Reconstruction Of Installations And Technical Infrastructure, In Particular: A) Gas Installation, B) Water Supply Installation, C) Sanitary Sewage Installation, D) Storm Sewage Installation, E) Electrical Energy Installation, F) Mechanical Ventilation Installation, G) Telecommunication Installation. 5) Changes In The Use Of The Facility. Ii. Interior Design And Permanent Exhibition: 1) Scope Of Design And Substantive Work. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, It Is Expected In Particular: A) Carrying Out Research And Substantive Studies For The Exhibition Scenario Of All Stands, In Cooperation With Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, And Then Agreeing And Accepting Them By The Ordering Party, B) Detailing The Exhibition Scenario Based On Approved Queries, Including The Development Of Texts, Iconography, Photograp
