The Task Is Implemented On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program For The Task Entitled: Revitalization Of The City Park In The Design And Build Formula. Note: The Task Will Be Implemented With Funds From Co-Financing From The Program: European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027; Priority: Femp.07 European Funds For Local Communities; Action: Femp.07.04 Iit - Revitalization. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Of: 1) Preparing Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Building Permit Or Obtain A Certificate Of Effective Announcement Of Construction Works. 2) Carrying Out Construction Works On The Task In Question Based On The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Prepared By The Contractor And Carried Out In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2458) And Relevant Legal Provisions. 3) Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Documents To Transfer The Building For Use In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Providing The Required Approvals, Certificates, Etc.) Related To The Task Described In The Pfu.
