The System Provides A High-Quality Technical And User Interface That Fully Meets The Standards Of The Present Age, The Preservation And Application Of Which Is The Express Request Of The Bidder. The Professional Expansion And Development Of The Surveillance System Cannot Be Carried Out Without Expertise In The Central Surveillance Software. For This Reason, The Task Can Only Be Performed By A Bidder Who Has A Certificate Issued By Digifort Pty Ltd. (Or An Equivalent Certificate) Certifying The Right To Install And Operate The System. The Tenderer Stipulates The Following Provision As A Condition For Concluding A Contract: - The Winning Tenderer Must Have A Valid Certificate Issued By Digifort Pty Ltd. Certifying The Right To Install And Operate The System, Which He Must Present At The Time Of Concluding The Contract. The Tenderer Wishes To Record That If The Above Condition Is Not Met At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, It Shall Be Considered A Withdrawal From The Conclusion Of The Contract Pursuant To Kbt. Based On § 131, Paragraph (4). The Bidder Shall Attach The Manufacturers Data Sheets Of The Products/Equipment Offered In The Price Table To His Offer. The Content Of The Submitted Document(S) Must Support The Compliance With The Technical Requirements And The Evaluation Criteria For The Technical Proposal. The Winning Bidder Must Provide At Least A 12-Month Warranty For The Equipment Delivered And The Work Performed. The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Carry Out The Works Listed Below And Deliver The Related Goods According To The Conditions Set Out In The Draft Contract And Technical Description: 1.
