The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As The Operator Of The Project Słoneczny Lubliniec Ii - Delivery And Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources For The Inhabitants Of The Lubliniec Commune, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Project, Covering The Delivery And Installation Of 171 Installations Of Renewable Energy Sources For The Inhabitants Of The Lubliniec Commune, Including: 1) 142 Photovoltaic Installations With A Monitoring System Together With An Energy Storage Facility - Type 1 Renewable Energy Installations, 2) 29 Electricity Storage Facilities With A Monitoring System For Residents Who Already Have A Photovoltaic Installation - Type 2 Renewable Energy Installations, 3) Preparation Of The Public Procurement Procedure And Its Implementation, And Acting As The Contract Engineer In The Implementation Of The Investment Supply And Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources For Public Buildings2. The Project Will Be Implemented In Stages. 3. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) Verification Of The Update Of The Draft Regulations For The Recruitment And Implementation Of The Umbrella Project Together With Annexes (Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulations) Developed By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Its Coherence, Readability And Validity, As Well As Compliance With The Documents Of The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Priority Fesl.10 European Funds For Transformation, Measure Fesl.10.06 Development Of Distributed Energy Based On Renewable Energy Sources Along With The Preparation Of Templates For The Recruitment Announcement For The Project 2) Participation In The Recruitment And Technical Verification Of The Submitted Declaration Of Participation In The Project And Selection Of The Power Of Photovoltaic Panels As Well As The Power And Capacity Of Warehouses, Preparation And Conduct Of The Procedure For Selecting The Contractor For The Delivery And Installation Of Res Installations In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law, Including: A) Preparation Of A Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Supply And Installation Of Res Installations, B) Preparation Of An Analysis Of Needs And Requirements In Accordance With Art. 83 Of The Public Procurement Law, C) Determining The Value Of The Contract For The Supply And Installation Of A Res Installation, D) Preparing A Template Of The Procedure Documents For The Selection Of The Contractor(S) For The Supply And Installation Of A Res Installation, E) Participating In The Work Of The Tender Committee Selecting The Contractor And Providing Explanations And Answers To Contractors Questions During The Procedure, As Well As Participating In Possible Appeal Procedures, 4) Performing The Function Of The Contract Engineer, Including Technical And Substantive Supervision Throughout The Entire Period Of The Project Implementation, I.E.
