Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Consulting and Management Services of the New 50-Bed Hospital Project First: General Information about the Scope of Services Al-Waha Petroleum Company Limited intends to contract with a qualified engineering consultancy company or office to provide consultancy and management services related to the construction and equipping of a 50-bed hospital in Wasit Governorate / Al-Ahrar District. The general scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Review of the project designs and technical documents. 2. Review of execution documents and related technical specifications. 3. Preparation of the project execution and management plan. 4. Provision of supervision and follow-up services during project execution. 5. Ensuring that the works are executed in accordance with the approved technical requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. 6. Submission of the required technical and administrative reports throughout the project stages. Second: Pre-qualification Requirements Participants in the tender shall submit the relevant prequalification documents in accordance with the following requirements: 1.1. Iraqi local companies or consultancy offices, the following should be submitted: a. Color copy of the Valid ID of the Ministry of Planning ID or a license issued by the Iraqi Engineers Union b. Copy of the Companys Registration and Certificate. 1.2. Foreign companies should submit a copy of all registration documents belonging to their company from their countries or their branch in the English language, and the registration documents in Iraq. 1.3.
