Construction Management Services - Project Management: Construction Of A Network Of Bicycle Routes In Western Pomerania - Płonia Valley Route, Stage I (Section: Sobieradz - Bielice, Brzesko - Płońsko). 1. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 15 Supervisions And 50 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And D Draft Contract. 2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction And Marking Of Bicycle Routes In The Gryfino And Przelewice Communes. There Are Two Investment Sections To Be Completed, The First Sobieradz - Bielice, 3.126 Km Long, And The Second Brzesko - Płońsko, 8.564 Km Long. The Total Length Of The Investment Sections Is Approximately 11,690 Km. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Removal Of Trees And Shrubs, 2) Removal Of The Topsoil Layer, 3) Demolition Of The Surface, 4) Execution Of Earthworks - Excavations And Embankments, 5) Construction Of The Designed Bicycle Path Structure, 6) Installation Of Traffic Safety Devices, 7) Construction Of Replacement Plantings, 8) Construction Of Street Lighting, 9) Construction Of Recreation Areas, 10) Installation Of Protective Pipes On Networks, 11) Renovation Of The Culvert, 12) Installation Of A Bicycle Counter, 13) Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings.
