Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Technical Consultancy Services For Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S. Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S Invites Consultants To Bid For The Current 4-Year Framework Agreement. There Is An Option To Extend The Individual Agreements For A Further 4 X 1 Year For Each Agreement. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Limited Tender, Cf. Directive 2014/25/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 (The Utilities Directive) Article 46. The Framework Agreement Is Binding, But The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Use Other Consultants For Specific Tasks, Provided That This Does Not Contravene The Rules For Partial Services, Cf. Section 8 Of The Public Procurement Act And Article 16 Of The Utilities Directive, Paragraph 10. The Services Consist Of Technical Advice Regarding: -Rain And Waste Water Lines As Well As Drinking Water Systems In Connection With Construction Projects -Rainwater Basins -Building Mats -Drinking Water Systems -Pump Stations And Cut-Off Lines The Advice Is Subject To Abr 18 With The Ordering Partys Clarifications, Which Will Form The Basis Of The Agreement. The Framework Agreements Total Expected Financial Framework Is Therefore Calculated At Dkk 25,000,000, Excl. Vat The Framework Agreements Maximum Financial Framework Is Calculated At Dkk 35,000,000, Excl. Vat
