It Is Not Intended That The Services Should Be Considered Hire. Nkom Currently Has A Published Dynamic Procurement Scheme Which Partially Overlaps With The Areas Covered By The Framework Agreement. These Will Exist Side By Side, And Nkom Will Make An Ongoing Assessment Of Which Agreement Is Appropriate In The Event Of New Needs. The Starting Point Will Be That The Framework Agreement Is The Primary Agreement For Needs Within The Areas It Covers And The Dynamic Purchasing Arrangement Can Be Used For Smaller And More Specific Assignments.
