Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Public Tender For A Framework Agreement On Consultancy For The Danish Nature Agencys Climate Lowland And Nitrogen Wetland Projects. The Tender Includes A Framework Agreement With Four Advisers For The Provision Of Technical And Biological Advice And Assistance For Climate Lowland And Nitrogen Wetland Projects. Contracts Are Awarded By Direct Award And Reopening Of The Competition. As Part Of The Agreement On A Green Denmark And The Agreement On The Implementation Of A Green Denmark For The Green Tripartite, The Norwegian Nature Agency Must Carry Out Low-Climate Climate Projects With A View To Reducing Agricultural Greenhouse Gas Emissions And Carry Out Nitrogen Wetland Projects With A View To Reducing The Discharge Of Nutrients To Coastal Waters, Fjords And Lakes, Cf. The Norwegian Nature Agencys Executive Order No. 1524 Of 3 December 2025 On The Norwegian Nature Agencys Selection Of Areas For The Establishment Of Climate Lowland, Nitrogen Wetland And Phosphorus Wetland Projects. The Projects Can Also Include Considerations That Support Nature, The Environment And Climate Adaptation. The Advisers On The Framework Agreement Must Carry Out The Technical-Biological Feasibility Study And Prepare Project Proposals For A Climate Low-Lying Project Or A Nitrogen Wetland Project That Must Meet The Requirements For Cost-Effectiveness With Regard To Co2 And N Reduction, Cf. The Executive Order. The Tasks May Also Include Property Feasibility Studies, Environmental Impact Reports And Execution.
