The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, As Well As A Serious Threat To The Proper Execution Of The Contract Due To The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors.
