The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment Constituting The Equipment Of The Practical Training Center At The District Center For Technical And Industry Education In Oświęcim As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Modernization Of The Building And Additional Equipment For The Workshop Of The Practical Training Center At The District Center For Technical And Industry Education In Oświęcim. Part 1 Includes The Delivery Of Computer Equipment, I.E. Laptops, Desktop Computers, Server, Rack Cabinet Equipment. Conditions Of Order Fulfillment, Respectively: 1. Delivering The Subject Of The Order At Your Own Expense And Risk, In Appropriate Packaging To Protect Against Destruction Or Damage, And Bringing It To The Destination Premises Indicated By The Representative Of The Educational Unit, I.E. The District Technical And Industry Education Center At Ul. Leszczyńska 8 During The Units Working Hours And Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. If Necessary, Run The Supplied Equipment (If Applicable).2. Delivery With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: • Software Installation Media (If Applicable), • User Manual In Polish And Software Documentation In Polish Or Other Equivalent Publication In Polish, • Individual Warranty Card For The Device, Completed Legibly And Without Corrections, With The Serial Number Or Other Unique Number Of The Given Device Written On It (In Accordance With The Number Shown On The Casing Of This Device), • Operating Documentation Containing Information On Basic Installation Requirements And Conditions Use.3. Informing The Ordering Party (In Writing Or Via E-Mail) About The Delivery Date At Least 3 Business Days Before The Planned Delivery Date. If This Date Is Not Convenient For The Ordering Party, He Will Indicate Another Date, No Later Than 2 Business Days After The Date Indicated By The Contractor.4. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Accordingly:• Hardware - Be Brand New, Undamaged, Complete And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation.• Software - Be Brand New, Complete And Unused And Never Activated Or Integrated With Any Account Owned By The Ordering Party, Covered By Temporarily Unlimited Licenses Entitling The Ordering Party To Use The Software In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Agreement.• Come From An Authorized Source. Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer Intended For The Territory Of The European Union, And The Use Of The Delivered Product By The Ordering Party Cannot Constitute An Infringement Of The Copyrights Of Third Parties, • Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Appropriate Certificates Specified In The Detailed Specification Of Computer Equipment, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, During The Implementation Of The Agreement.5. The Contractor Must Have The Necessary Knowledge, Professional Experie
