Sandnes Municipality At Sandnes Property, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Invites Tenders For A Framework Agreement For The Control And Service Of Sprinkler Systems In Municipal Buildings And Facilities. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract That Covers The Clients Needs For Annual Control And Servicing Of Sprinkler Systems, As Well As Materials, Equipment And Facilities That Are Necessary For The Work. The Client Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier. The Delivery Includes, Among Other Things: • Control, • Service, • Minor Remedial Measures And • Project Planning, Documentation And Consultancy. The Supplier Must Deliver Products And Services In Accordance With The Requirements And Provisions Given In Its Own Description, See The Competition Basis Part Ii, Chapter I Appendix 5 Requirements Specification. Expected Commencement Of The Framework Agreement Is May/June 2026. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of 2 Years, With An Option For The Client To Extend By A Further 1 + 1 Year.
