Consultative Engineering And Construction Services - Technical Consultants - Electric Alarm, Teledata And Lift. The Framework Agreement Refers To Technical Consultants Regarding Electricity, Alarms, Telecommunications, Data And Elevators. The Customer Intends To Sign Framework Agreements With A Maximum Of Three (3) Suppliers. European Assignments Include Consulting Assignments For Small, Medium And Large Projects, Turnkey Contracts (Abt 06) And Execution Contracts (Abk 06) Of A New Production, Maintenance And Remodeling Nature. Normally Occurring Stages: • The Investigation Stage • The Proposal Action Stage • The Design Stage • The Production Stage (Construction Stage) Requested Tasks Can/Will Consist Of, Among Other Things, • Carrying Out Electrical, Alarm, Telecommunication, Data And Lift Planning According To The Customers Instructions • Preparing Cad Drawings, • Designing/Creating Required Documents For Request Documents For Contract Procurements, • If Necessary Assisting The Customer In Ongoing Issues At In Addition To The Announced Project • Carry Out A Status Inspection The Consultant Shall Be Responsible For The Implementation, Finances And Quality Of The Assignment. In Consultation With The Customer, The Consultant And Its Internal Resources Must Be Able To Carry Out Investigation Work, Preparation Of Program, System, Framework And Construction Documents As Well As Coordination, Documentation And Follow-Up Of The Assignments. Specialist Competences May Be Engaged As A Sub-Consultant If Necessary And By Agreement.
