This Request For Proposal (“Rfp”) Is Open Only To Those Pre-Qualified Contractors Who Have Received Notification From Olds College Prior To The Submission Deadline That They Are Prequalified For The Contractor (Construction Management) Services For Occi Research Lab And Greenhouse Enhancement Rfp.This Rfp Represents Stage 2 Of A Multi-Stage Procurement, Posted On The Alberta Purchasing Connection (Apc) And Open To A Short-List Of Pre-Qualified Firms Who Have Subsequently Been Invited To Submit Detailed Proposals.Olds College Of Agriculture And Technology (“Olds College”) Is Seeking A Specialized, Experienced Contractor Or Construction Management Company For A Building Infrastructure Upgrade To The Occi Research Lab And Greenhouse Facility Located On The Olds College Campus In Olds, Alberta. The Awarded Company Will Help Design, Cost, Manage And Construct A Defined List Of Facility Upgrades And Enhancements, Including A Pre-Construction Phase To Develop A Detailed Project Budget And Construction Schedule To Undertake The Work Within A Guaranteed Budget. Attention To Allowances And Appropriate Contingencies Will Be Necessary To Achieve The Defined “Work” Within The Budget.
