In Order To Draw Up An Inventory And Requirements Planning, The Sittensen Community Had A Renovation Study Prepared By The Hildesheim Mbh Planning Company. This Is Attached To The Tender Documents And Contains The Essential Planning And Monitoring Objectives I. S.D. § 650P Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 Bgb. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Services Of Buildings And Interiors, Outdoor Facilities, Engineering Structures, Structural Planning And Technical Equipment (In Particular Hls, Elt And Process Engineering) As Well As Various Specialist Planning Services. The Renovation Must Be Completed By The Beginning Of The 2028 Swimming Pool Season - Taking Into Account The Necessary Set-Up Times - On April 1St, 2028 And The Outdoor Pool Must Be Ready For Operation.
