The City Of Calgary (The City) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Engineering Consulting Firms To Provide Multi-Disciplinary Engineering And Professional Services For The Shepard Regional Sanitary Lift Station And Forcemain Project. This Project Involves The Design And Construction Of A New Sanitary Regional Lift Station (Rls) And Associated Forcemain Connecting To The Existing Shepard Sanitary Trunk. This Project Will Play A Key Role In Advancing The City’S Commitment To Investing In Capital Infrastructure That Supports Urban And Industrial Growth And Economic Development.This Project Anticipates The Following Phases:• Phase 1: Options Analysis And Conceptual Design• Phase 2: Preliminary And Detailed Design, And Procurement Documents Preparation (Optional Future Phase)• Phase 3: Procurement Process Support And Contract Administration (Optional Future Phase)• Phase 4: Commissioning, Post-Construction Services And Project Closeout (Optional Future Phase)Unless Otherwise Stated In The Agreement Letter, The Award Under This This Rfp Will Cover Phase 1 Only. Advancement To Subsequent Phases Will Be Contingent Upon The City’S Approval, Available Budget, And Satisfactory Consultant Performance.Prequalification: This Rfp Is Open To Pre-Qualified Firms Only. Proponents Are Invited Who Have Been Pre-Qualified Based On Specific Information Previously Submitted Through The City’S Prequalification For Engineering And Architectural Consultants Rfpq 06-006. Proposals Will Only Be Considered From Proponents That Have Achieved A Pre-Qualified Status In The Following Discipline(S):Sanitary And Storm Lift Stations (Psp91016) And Linear Projects - Wastewater (Psp91018)
