The Municipality Has So Far Bought All Av Equipment For The Municipalitys Schools As Goods Purchases. In The Future, The Municipality Wishes To Purchase Av Equipment For The School Area As Operational Leasing. Operational Leasing Is Characterized By The Fact That The Municipality Does Not Own The Equipment, But Obtains A Right Of Use Under Certain Specified Conditions During The Contract Period. Thus, It Is The Tenderer Who Owns And Operates The Equipment. As Well As Advising The Municipality On The Acquisition Of Additional Equipment. Thereby, The Municipality Obtains The Advantage That The Overall Solution Of The Task Is Done With A Holistic View, So That Hardware And Software Coherence Is Ensured In The Equipment On The Basis Of The Latest Knowledge. Option 1 Servicing The Av Solution At The Town Hall As Part Of The Tender, The Municipality Also Wants An Offer For Servicing The Av Solution At The Town Hall. This Service Will Include Operation And Maintenance Of Hardware And Software. All Equipment Purchases Are Made By The Municipality, But It Is The Tenderer Who Must: Advise On The Solution Set Up And Service Purchased Equipment Ensure That The Latest Software Is Used By Recommending The Update/Replacement Of Existing Software Other Actions Necessary For The Solution To Ensure Functionality The Municipality Will Ensure That The Tenderer Gets The Necessary Access(Es) To The Municipalitys It Network That May Be Necessary For The Tenderer To Carry Out Service And Advice On The Solution. The Municipality Can Choose To Use The Option When Awarding The Contract. If The Municipality Does Not Choose To Exercise The Option When Awarding The Contract, The Option Must Remain For The First Three (3) Years Of The Contract Period.
