The City Of Grand Forks Invites Qualified Contractors To Submit Proposals For The Site Works For A Glassfused Steel Reservoir In Accordance With Mmcd Guidelines And Specifications. The Successful Proponentwill Be Responsible For Ensuring Compliance With All Applicable Regulations And Specifications.The Scope Of Work Shall Include Site Works Including Watermain, Vaults, Manholes, Drainage Pipe, Crushgravel Placement On Top Of The Pad, Storm Culvert, Ditching, Electrical Conduit, Lighting, Fencing,Instrumentation, Grounding/Bonding, Electrical/Scada Items Or Other Items Shown On The Contractdocuments.A Non-Mandatory Site Visit Will Be Held On February 18Th, 2026 At 10:00Am Pst At The City’S Public Works Office Located 130 Industrial Drive, Grand Forks.
