Results That Must Be Achieved During The Execution Of The Order Are: Quality Provided Engineering And Consulting Services In The Implementation Of The Investment Project On Time And In An Efficient And Transparent Manner In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Bulgarian Legislation And Standards And The Specific Regulations Of The Contracting Authority; Implementation Of The Investment Project Within The Budget; Qualitatively Designed, Executed, Tested And Accepted Construction Works That Meet The Stipulated Requirements Of The Employer, The Conditions Of The Contract For The Construction Of The Object, As Well As The Bulgarian Legislation In The Field Of Construction; Received All Construction Documents And Documents For Interoperability, According To The Applicable Bulgarian Legislation During And At The End Of The Implementation Of The Investment Projects With Issued Permits For Use; Project And Construction Documentation Completed And Handed Over To The Employer; Prepared And Registered Technical Passport.
