Activity 2 Exercising Construction Supervision During Construction Activity 3 Performing The Functions Of Safety And Health Coordinator Under The Design And Construction Contract Activity 4 Preparation Of Technical Passport The Results To Be Achieved By The Consultant Are: 1. Quality Provided Engineering-Consulting Services During The Implementation Of The Investment Project On Time And In A More Efficient And Transparent Manner In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Financing Institutions And The Applicable Bulgarian Legislation. And Standards And The Specific Regulations Of The Contracting Authority; 2. Implementation Of The Investment Project Within The Budget. 3. Qualitatively Designed, Executed, Tested And Accepted Construction Works That Meet The Established Requirements Of The Employer, The Conditions Of The Design And Construction Contracts. 4. Receipt Of All Construction Documents And Documents For Interoperability, According To The Applicable Bulgarian Legislation During And Upon Completion Of The Implementation Of The Investment Projects With Issued Permits For Use. 5. Completed And Handed Over To The Employer Design And Construction Documentation. 6. Prepared And Registered Technical Passport.
