Storage, Supervision And Maintenance Of Target Vessels . Descriptiona Framework Agreement Is To Be Procured For Storage, Proper Supervision And Limited Maintenance Of Target Vessels Owned By Defense Material (Fma), And Which Can Be Used By The Entire Defense Sector. The Target Vessels Consist Of Two Vessel Types, Frigate And Mtp. In The Framework Agreement, They Are Grouped Respectively: Group A: 2 Target Vessels Of 36.5 Meters Group B: 2 Target Vessels Of 105 Meters The Procurements Performance Requirements Are Based On The Procurements Requirements Specification (Appendix 1). In Addition, The Procurement Requires The Following: Quay Must Be Able To Store Target Vessels Of A Specified Size Quay Must Be Secured Power Supply Possibility Of Access By Truck Quay Facilities For Both Types Of Target Vessels Must Be Sufficiently Dimensioned So That Safe Mooring Can Be Achieved. The Water Depth At The Quay Must Be So Great That The Vessels Do Not Under Any Circumstances (Water Level) Come Into Contact With The Seabed. The Water Depth Under The Mtb Drone Must Be Sufficient So That Engines Can Be Routinely Driven And That Function Checks Of Gears And Propellers Can Be Carried Out.
