The Order Includes The Purchase Of Equipment, Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Farm With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 2,863.68 Kwp, An Electricity Storage Facility With A Capacity Of 2,000 Kwh And Power Min. 500 Kw Along With The Necessary Infrastructure, Including: 1. Based On The Functional And Utility Program Regarding Construction Of A 3 Mw Photovoltaic Farm For The Commune Of Ząbkowice Śląskie In The Design And Build System, Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, Preparing Complete Multi-Sector Documentation Along With Arrangements, Obtaining A Building Permit And Based On It, Performing Construction Works, Performing Test Tests, Technical Acceptance, Providing Guarantees And Warranties In Accordance With The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party, On Plots With No. Registration Number 2/3, 3/3, 5/3, Centrum 9 District And Plot With Registration Number 46/11, Centrum 10 District, Ząbkowice Śląskie Commune. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Order.2. The Order Also Includes The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Equipment For The Photovoltaic Farm, Energy Storage And The Necessary Infrastructure (Lighting, Monitoring, Remote Supervision Of The Farm).3.
