Quotation are invited for Complete overhauling of Mapner Air blowers @ K-Station RO Plant Complete Overhauling of Mapne 1032600015 1 ITEM-00001 TO ENSURE THE RELIABLE PERFORMANCE OF THE ROTARY LOBE BLOWERS, THECONTRACTOR SHALL CARRY OUT ALL REQUIRED PREVENTIVE, PREDICTIVE, AN DMAJOR MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES.THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTING ALL TASKS SPECIFIED IN THISSCOPE OF WORK (SOW), SUPPLYING ALL CONSUMABLES, AND SUBMITTINGCOMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION AND OVERHAUL REPORTS.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL:·#PROVIDE QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS AL ONG WITH ALL NECESSARY TOOLS ANDEQUIPMENT.·#REPLACE ALL CONSUMABLES LISTED IN THIS SOW, INCLUDING BEARINGS ANDSYNTHETIC BLOWER OIL.· #INSPECT ALL NON#CONSUMABLE COMPONENTS AND SUBMIT DETAILED FINDINGS ONTHEIR CONDITION.·#PREPARE AND SUBMIT STRUCTURED MAINTENANCE RE PORTS AND OVERHAULREPORTS.·#MAINTAIN PROPER HOUSEKEEPING AND COMPLY WITH ALL PLANT SAFETYREQUIREMENTS THROUGHOUT THE 1 EA EXECUTION OF WO RK.·#SUBMIT THE INITIAL INSPECTION REPORT WITHIN THREE (03) DAYS OFRECEIVING THE PERMIT TO WORK (PTW), AND SUBMIT THE FINAL REPORT U PONCOMPLETION OF BLOWER HANDOVER AND SUCCESSFUL START#UP.·#INCLUDE, ALONG WITH THE INITIAL INSPECTION REPORT, THE CONDITIONASSESSMEN T OF EACH SPARE PART THAT REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. IF DEWA HAS THEREQUIRED SPARES IN STOCK, WE WILL BE PROVIDE; OTHERWISE, THE CONTRACT ORSHALL ARRANGE THE NEEDED SPARES AT ADDITIONAL COST.DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK1.#REMOVE THE BLOWER CORE FROM THE INSTALLATION.2.#DISMAN TLE THE CASING, ROTORS, TIMING GEARS, AND INTERNAL ASSEMBLIES.3.#OPEN THE BEARING HOUSINGS AND SHAFT ASSEMBLIES.4.#PERFORM CHEMICAL/ SOLVENT CLEANING OF ALL INTERNAL COMPONENTS.
