Miscellaneous Engineering Services – Framework Agreement For The Conduct Of Studies And The Provision Of Technical Services During The Implementation Of The Strategic Sustainable Urban Development Plan Of The Country Of Naxos. The Scope Of This P-R Includes All The Services (Preparation Of Studies And/Or Provision Of Technical Services) That The Contractor Will Be Asked To Provide Through The Individual Executive Contracts Of The P-R, Which May Concern, Indicatively And Not Restrictively, Any Of The Following Topics (Or A Combination Thereof), Depending On The Needs Of The Municipality Of Naxos And The Lesser Cyclades During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract: I. Development Of Transportation, Traffic, Topographic, Geotechnical, Port And Special Architectural Studies For The Implementation Of Actions To Improve Accessibility And Road Safety, Remodeling Of Common Areas And Urban Renewals As Well As The Creation Of New Parking Spaces. Ii. Elaboration Of Hydraulic, Electromechanical, Static, Geotechnical And Topographic Studies For The Replacement And/Or Construction Of Individual, Complementary Or Independent Hydraulic Works Or Systems, As Well As For The Needs Of Undergrounding Electricity Distribution Networks And The Creation Of New Telecommunications Networks (Optical Fibers). Iii. Elaboration Of Static, Architectural, Electromechanical And Energy Studies For The Static Strengthening And Energy Upgrading Of The Existing Building Potential Of The Municipality As Well As For The Restoration, Enhancement Of Functionality And Highlighting Of Religious Monuments In The Area. Iv. Investigating The Need For Environmental Licensing Of The Sub-Projects By Preparing The Necessary Environmental Studies Where Required. V. The Drafting Of Public Tenders For The Assignment Of Studies Or Services Or Projects. Vi. Drafting Opinions On Technical Issues That Arise Or On Deliverables Submitted By Contractors Of Studies And Projects, As Well As Suggesting Additions For Their Review, Where This Is Required. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Of Drawing Up The Studies Or Providing Technical Services That Will Be Assigned To Him With The Individual Executive Contracts Of The S-P, Taking Into Account All Kinds Of Existing And Any Studies Being Drawn Up, Of All Specialties, As Well As Any Executed Or Recently Executed Projects In The Area. Consequently, The Works In Question Should Not Envisage/Propose Works That May Negate Commitments Of Other Studies Or Constructions Or Services, Or Impose The Use Of Materials And Methods Incompatible With The Existing Studies Or Constructions Or Services. In The Specific Scope Of Work (Soc) Of Each Individual Executive Contract, The Specific Subject Of The Individual Tasks Assigned With It, The Timetable For Their Implementation And Their Remuneration Will Be Clearly Defined.
