Tenders are invited for Ba/Vimbulananda Tamil Vidyalaya - Construction of Security Side Wall and Drain System Refundable Bid Security Amount (Rs.): 32000/- Interested bidders may obtain bid documents relevant to the works from the respective offices upon payment of the bid document fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to the Offices of the regional Engineers (Buildings) of Badulla, Bandarawela, Monaragala, Wellawaya and Bibile and the bid documents may be inspected free of charge. 02. Issue of procurement Forms - Between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 12.01.2026 to 27.01.2026 03. Receiving of Bids - Before 10.30 a.m. on 29.01.2026 at the Office of the Chief Secretary (Engineering Services) 04. Opening of Bids - At 11.00 a.m. on 29.01.2026 at the Auditorium of the Provincial Department of Buildings 05. Pre bid Meeting - At 10.00 a.m. on 21.01.2026 at the Auditorium of the Provincial Department of Buildings For the works with a civil work value of Rs. 05 million or above should register under the Public Contract Act No. 03 of 1987 and the relevant certificate or the documentary proof should be submitted with the bid. Bids without the relevant certificate or documentary proof will be rejected. The bid security mentioned above should be paid either by cash or submitted by a bank guarantee issued by a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
