Integrated Engineering Services - Contract Engineer Services, Including Design, Preparation, Settlement And Investor Supervision Services, For The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Geothermal Heating Plant In Kutno And Its Connection To The Eco Kutno Sp. Z O.O. Heating System.. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of The Contract Engineers Service, Including Design, Preparatory, Settlement And Investor Supervision Services For The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Geothermal Heat Plant In Kutno Along With Its Connection To The Heating System Of Eco Kutno Sp. O.O. The Selected Contractor Will Provide Its Services In Accordance With The Opz, Including The Division Into Two Scopes (Five Stages) Resulting From The Course Of The Investment Implementation And The Planned Conclusion Of Agreements For Co-Financing In The Form Of A Grant Or Loan From The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management: Guaranteed Scope - Obligatory Scope, Constituting The Obligation Of The Ordering Party, Which Is The Subject Of The Engr. Procedure And Which Will Be Granted To The Engr. The Guaranteed Scope Is Divided Into The Following Three Stages: Stage I - Preparation By The Engineer Of The Contract Award Procedure For The Selection Of Wi K1 In The Scope Of Work Related To The Drilling Of The Kutno Gt-1 Research Well And The Kutno Gt-2 Well (Contract 1), On The Terms Described In The Swz, The Agreement And Opz, Including The Preparation Of Opz K1 And The Execution Of The Kutno Gt-2 Geological Works Design Together With All Necessary Consents, Permits And Other Formalities. Stage Ii - All Services And Activities Performed By Engineer, In Accordance With The Swz (Including Opz And The Agreement) Aimed At Performing Supervision Services, Contract Engineer, Implementation And Settlement Of Contract 1. Stage Ii Will Be Implemented When The Ordering Party Receives Funding For The Implementation Of The Optional Scope (I.E. Guaranteeing Financing Allowing For The Full Construction And Commissioning Of The Geothermal Heating Plant). Stage Iii - Participation In The Process (Including Preparation) Of Materials Necessary For The Ordering Party And The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management As Part Of The Implemented Project In Order To Make A Decision To Continue Drilling Works After Drilling The Kutno Gt-1 Well. Optional Scope - The Ordering Partys Right To Extend The Order In Relation To The Guaranteed Scope, Which Does Not Constitute An Obligation. The Scope Of The Order Will Be Extended On The Terms Specified In The Agreement, By A Unilateral Decision Of The Ordering Party. The Optional Scope Order Depends On, Among Others: On The Results Of The Gt-1 Well And Their Analysis By The Engineer In Terms Of The Advisability Of Implementing The Investment, As Well As On The Ordering Partys Receipt Of Funding For The Implementation Of The Optional Scope (I.E. Guaranteeing Financing Enabling The Full Construction And Commissioning Of The Geothermal Heating Plant). The Optional Scope Is Divided Into The Following Stages (Which Can Be Commissioned Independently Of Each Other): Stage Iv - Preparation By The Engineer Of The Contract Award Procedure For The Selection Of Wi K2 For Works Related To The Construction Of A Geothermal Heating Plant (Contract 2), On The Terms Described In The Swz, The Agreement And Opz, Including The Preparation Of Opz K2 In The Design And Build Formula; Stage V - All Services And Activities Performed By Engr., In Accordance With The Swz (Including Opz And The Agreement) Aimed At Performing Supervision Services, Contract Engineer, Implementation And Settlement O
