Tadeusz Bora-Komorowskiego Street To The Area Of The Intersection With Chabrowa Street In Bielsko-Biała, Together With The Necessary Buildings And Construction Equipment, As Part Of The Project Entitled Velobiała - Creation Of The National Bicycle Route No 17 In The City Of Bielsko-Biała - Southern Section, − Task 2 - Construction Of The Velobiała National Bicycle Route (Rtr 17) Along The Biała River In The Design And Build System - Section Connecting The City Of Bielsko-Biała With The Wilkowice Commune, As Part Of The Project Entitled Velobiała - Creation Of The National Bicycle Route No. 17 In The City Of Bielsko-Biała - Southern Section. Separately For Each Of The Above. Part Of The Order, A Contract And An Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Contractors Whose Offers Are Selected As The Most Advantageous. Above Contract And Agreement For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Investment Task Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract. All Changes, If Any, To The Content Of The Above-Mentioned. The Swz And The Explanations Provided Regarding The Contractors Requests For Clarification Are Also An Integral Part Of The Swz, To The Extent That They Concern It.
