The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Multi-Sector Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Investments Resulting From The Project Entitled: Improving Energy Efficiency Using Energy From Renewable Sources In The Buildings Of Collegium Witelon State University, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, I.E. Investments Regarding The Replacement Of Window Joinery And Delivery With Installation Energy Storage Facilities In The Buildings Of Collegium Witelon State University. The Ordering Party Informs That The Area Where The Buildings In Which Construction Works Will Be Carried Out And The Facades Of These Buildings Are Located Remain In The Protection Zone Of The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Expected Scope Of Construction Works: 1) The Ordering Party Indicates That As Of The Date Of Initiation Of This Procedure, It Has Not Concluded A Public Procurement Contract With The Investment Contractor Regarding The Supply And Installation Of Energy Storage Facilities For The Buildings. In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Presents The Detailed Design And Bill Of Quantities Of Four High-Voltage Electricity Storage Facilities, Based On Which The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out. The Assumptions Adopted By The Ordering Party Regarding The Obligations Of The Contractor For The Delivery And Installation Of Energy Storage Facilities Are Indicated Below. Construction Of The Energy Storage • The Warehouse Should Be Equipped With Devices That Ensure The Operation Of The Energy Storage In Backup Mode, I.E. Even After A Failure Of The Operators Network. • An External Energy Storage Facility Should Be Delivered, Installed And Put Into Operation. • The Storage Facility Should Be Located Directly Next To The Building On Which The Photovoltaic Panels Are Installed • The Cabinet Should Be Placed On Foundation Blocks Sunk At Least 50 Cm Along The Outline Of The Cabinet. The Base Should Protrude At Least 10 Cm Above The Ground Level.• The Cabinet In Which The Warehouse Will Be Installed Should Have Appropriate Thermal Insulation, A Heater And Thermostat-Controlled Ventilation To Ensure Proper Operation Of The Batteries And Devices.• The System Should Be Equipped With A Hybrid Inverter And A Programmable Management System (Cloud Application Appropriate For A Given Manufacturer).• The Warehouse Should Be Equipped With A Communication Protocol.• The Adopted Solution Should Be Equipped With An Inverter Hybrid With The Possibility Of Operation In Backup Mode.• On The Alternating Voltage Side, The Inverter Will Be Connected To The Existing Electrical Switchboard Of The Building.
