Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Conversion And Expansion Of The Westpfalzklinikum, Kirchheimbolanden Location - 2Nd Ba - Lot 02. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Provision Of Planning Services For The Specialist Planning Of Buildings In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai, System Groups 1, 2, 3, 7 And 8 As Well As For The Special Services Required In This Context. The Client Intends To Award The Planning Services In Stages. In Service Level 1, Service Phases 3 To 4 Should Be Commissioned For Services In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases. In Service Level 2, The Client Intends To Award Service Phases 5 To 9 In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases For The Approved Planning. The Services Based On Performance Level 1 Are Advertised Optionally. There Is No Legal Entitlement To The Commissioning Of Further Services/Stages. The Specialist Planning Services For Medical Technology (System Group 7) Are Awarded Separately And Are Not The Subject Of This Procedure.
