Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Consultancy And Supervision Of The Design And Execution Of The Works Related To The Investment Objective Rehabilitation Works Of Bridges, Underpasses And Railway Tunnels Stage Ii - Within The Scope Of Srcf Galati. The Activity Of The Contractor/Supervisor Is To Supervise, As A Supervisor, The Design Of The Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Gd No. 1/2018 For The Approval Of Specific General Conditions For Certain Categories Of Procurement Contracts Related To Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds And Law No. 10/1995, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Contractor/Supervisor Will Provide Consulting And Supervision Services Related To The Design And Execution Of Works Necessary To Be Executed, Described In The Following Chapters, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specifications In Force, Will Verify The Application Of Relevant Methodologies, Based On The Best National And International Practices For The Elaboration Of Technical Project Documentation, Execution Details, Calculation Briefs, Etc. And The Execution Of Works In The Field Of Railways, Respectively. The Contractor/Supervisor Will Bear The Full Responsibility For The Correct Performance, Term And Quality Of The Requirements Described In The Present Specifications. The Contractor/Supervisor Will Assist The Contracting Entity In The Preparation Of The Responses Requested By Various Monitoring And Control Institutions. The Contractor/Supervisor Will Ensure That The Technical Project Is Developed In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force, With Respect To The Stages Of Development And The Related Technical-Economic Documentation. Of The Investment Objectives/Projects, With Subsequent Modifications. The Contractor/Supervisor Will Ensure That The Elaboration Of The Technical Project, The Execution Details And The Implementation Of The Construction Works Are Based On The Romanian And European Legislation And Regulations In Force (National And European Standards, Guidelines, Eurocodes, Etc.), The Contractor/Supervisor Being Fully Responsible For Compliance With The Applicable Legislative And Regulatory Framework At Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 22 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications At Least 12 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Only Respond To Requests For Clarifications Addressed By Economic Operators By The Deadline Set. Signed With Extended Electronic Signature.
