The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Investment Services As Well As Management, Coordination And Supervision Of The Investment Process On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Its Implementing Regulations And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Works Contract With The Construction Works Contractor, Including The Performance Of All Activities Related To The Acceptance Of Works, Settlement Of The Investment Task And The Guarantee And Warranty Granted By The Construction Works Contractor.3. Scope Of Works Covered By Supervision: • Installation Of Structured Cabling (Cat. 6/6A); • Installation Of Backbone (Vertical) Fiber Optic Cabling; • Installation Of Subscriber Points And Distribution Cabinets With Equipment (Including Construction Of New Ones And Reconstruction Of Existing Ones); • Accompanying Construction Works (Culverts, Troughs, Punctures); • Active Devices Of The Wired Ict Network (Network Switches); • Active Devices Of The Wireless Telecommunications Network (Wifi); • Supplying 230Vac Primary And Backup Power To Power Distribution Points (Fdf); • Verification Of Compliance With Design Documentation; • Quality Control Of Works; • Participation In Partial And Final Acceptance; • Preparation Of Supervision Reports;4.
