A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In: A) Building Permit With Design Documentation, Replacement Design With Annexes, Stwior, Connection Conditions, Decisions, Opinions - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, C) Finishing Standard Set By The Ordering Party Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Agreement (Annex No. 5 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract), D) Additional Guidelines Of The Employer Gniezno Constituting An Annex No. 11 To Swz.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Ordered Construction Works, Develop As-Built Documentation And Facility Operation Instructions, Including Instructions For The Use Of Apartments And Operating Instructions For Devices And Installations, As Well As Commission The Devices And Installations And Train The Ordering Partys Staff To The Extent Necessary To Operate Them.4.
