Procurement Plan for Operation and Maintenance of Rainwater Pumping Stations for Tunnels Located on Expressways. Detailed Objectives: The project is for the operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and development of all rainwater pumping stations located on the expressways, including all existing facilities and services belonging to the stations. It includes the proper monthly operation of the stations and preventive periodic maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil works for the stations). The project also includes the development and installation of new equipment, and the operation, maintenance, and development of the remote control and monitoring system (SCADA), corrective maintenance works, and replacement of spare parts, components, and damaged equipment in all stations. The project includes the proper and effective operation of the stations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during rainy conditions (rain emergencies).
