This Document Defines The Prescriptions That Govern The Contracting Of The Service Of 15 Fixed Small Special Waste Dumps (Urban Mini-Dumps). These Will Be Located At Specific Points In The Municipality And Will Allow The Selective Collection Of 7 Products In Independent Depots. The Bidding And Execution Of The Contract Will Be Governed, In Addition To The Applicable Legal Regulations, By The Specific Administrative Clauses Schedule And The Technical Prescription Schedule (Ppt) (Annex 2).
