The project seeks to improve access to quality health services sustainably and efficiently for the Palestinian population through i) improving population, service, and financial coverage; ii) strengthening purchasing of services from referral receiving hospitals; and iii) scaling up preventive service delivery capacity at public primary health facilities. Within these components, the project would support improving access to high quality health services in a sustainable manner at health facilities through rationalizing referral pathways; improving the availability of essential medicines; and strengthening purchasing capacity.
