| Project Detail | Provision of a senior loan of up to USD 65 million in favour of JSC Rustavi Azot (the Company), a joint stock company incorporated in Georgia, a leading chemical manufacturer in Georgia. Project Objectives The Loan proceeds will be applied to finance: (i) the construction of a new low density ammonium nitrate (LDAN) plant located in Rustavi, Georgia, on territory of the existing plant; (ii) capital expenditures for energy efficiency improvements of the existing plant and (iii) working capital requirements. |
