The cooperative is made up exclusively of women, who are dedicated to coffee cultivation and production. They have prior experience with projects that have benefited them in the acquisition of machinery and equipment for agronomic management. The project has a marked economic component, as they seek to improve the quality of their product with the new acquisition of pulpers (the old ones are not working optimally). It is noted that the project planning includes the development and implementation of SGP, a Slow Food narrative label, and training that covers several areas of interest (barista, pest management, marketing, implementation of a biofactory), which can be challenging when meeting project execution timelines.
