The Lending Envelope will provide partial portfolio guarantees to local banks and other financial intermediaries, enabling them to improve lending terms and conditions for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Ukraine. Objectives The aim is to enhance access to finance to MSMEs in Ukraine by providing guarantees to local financial institutions allowing them to offer debt financing at favourable conditions, especially reduced collateral requirements and/or lower financing costs.
