Malaysia The Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) opened in September 2011 under the umbrella of the Malaysia University of Technology with the aim of promoting the acquisition of cutting-edge technological knowledge through research-oriented and laboratory-centered Japanese-style engineering Education. JICA has been supporting MJIIT through the ODA Loans and Technical Cooperation projects Education by providing research equipment and introducing Japanese-style engineering. Education JICA has contributed to strengthening the international competitiveness of Malaysia and producing human resources who will contribute to ASEAN industries by providing MJIIT with research equipment and support for the introduction of Japanese-style engineering through the and projects. This project aims to strengthen MJL as a window for sustained collaboration between Japanese industry and Japanese universities by establishing Malaysia ·Japan Linkage Office (MJL) based on the existing MJIIT network and expanding research and Education activities through MJIITs collaborative activities with Japanese industry and Japanese universities. MJL aims to be a window of sustained collaboration between Japanese industry and Japanese universities. [Overall Goal] MJIIT will become an important hub for collaboration between ASEAN and Japanese universities and industries, and promote the advancement and globalization of Malaysia and ASEAN industries and Education [Project Purpose] Malaysia The Japan Linkage Office (MJL) will be strengthened as a window for sustained collaboration between Japanese industry and Japanese universities at MJIIT. Outcome Output 1 The basic functions of the MJL will be established as an official and sustainable organization within MJIIT. Output 2 The collaboration between MJIIT and Japanese industry through the MJL will be expanded. Output 3 Collaboration between MJIIT and Japanese universities through MJL will be expanded Education ·Research collaboration will be expanded. |
