The Mongolian Japan Hospital, which was established by Grants in 2019, is expected to contribute to the improvement of medical services in Mongolia as a Education and research base in the future as a Education hospital as well as a base for providing high-level medical services as an affiliated hospital of Mongolia University of Medicine. On the other hand, with regard to its function as a place to provide clinical Education and training for medical professionals and medical students, the development of instructors and the development of standards, systems, and in-hospital programs have not been sufficiently implemented. This project aims to realize three outcomes at Nichimo Hospital: Education Strengthening the training management capacity of the hospital, strengthening the operational capacity necessary to formulate long-term and short-term operation plans, and strengthening the functions of the medical department to provide medical services based on the plan. In this way, we will strengthen and improve the quality of stable hospital management and training implementation systems. (1) Overall Goal: The hospital is operated based on the long-term and short-term operation plans formulated by Nichimo Hospital, and functions as a Education hospital. (2) Project Purpose: Stable hospital management will be carried out at Nichimo Hospital, and the training system will be strengthened and the quality will be improved. (3) Output Output 1: Education The hospitals ability to manage training will be strengthened. Output 2: Education ·The operational capacity necessary to formulate long-term and short-term management plans for Nichimo Hospital, including research, will be strengthened. Output 3: Based on the long-term and short-term operation plan of Nichimo Hospital, the functions of the medical department will be strengthened to provide medical services. |
