The project aims to support the dried plum industry in sustainability management by designing a toolbox that incorporates a digital platform with self-assessment functionality, record tracking and access to training material, leveraging technologies such as cloud platforms for data storage and artificial intelligence. General Objective: Support smaller companies in the dehydrated plum industry in sustainability management, through the design of a toolbox that incorporates digital alternatives, for the administration of the certification process of the Chile Conscious Origin program Specific Objectives: Develop and validate digital tools for the implementation of actions and means of verification requested in the ChOC program standards Support the implementation of digital training resource tools focused on smaller companies in the dehydrated plum sector to implement ChOC standard actions and obtain sustainability indicators for decision-making. Design a protocol for the ChOC program implementation process, which can be replicated by other industries in the future. |
