Township is being constructed over multiple phases for both commercial and residential. Phase I was completed in 2021 and include 300,000 square feet of retail including Sobeys, Winners, Petsmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Big Sky Fitness and Wine & Beyond. Phase II will bring an additional 85,000 square feet of retail to the site with premium exposure to Macleod Trail and connectivity to Phase I. Expected to be completed in Fall 2026. A building permit was issued on Feb 10 2025. |
