Renovations to update the building’s exterior have begun, including new glazing on the ground and second floors to improve the streetscape and create a new lobby entrance. Inside, the two-story retail podium will be upgraded with new flooring, LED lighting, and communal areas to enhance the experience for tenants and visitors. |
