Viet Nam In the Mere Old Man, the economy has been developing remarkably along with the shift to a market economy and the policy of opening up to the outside world. At the same time, state institutions have become bloated, and the administrative system is unable to cope with the sophistication and diversification of the economy, hindering state operations, administrative services to citizens, and private sector activities. The Central Organizing Committee of the Communist Party, which is in charge of personnel, human resource development, and organizational management of state agencies, is trying to promote the reorganization and streamlining of state agencies, reform of the civil service system, and reform of public entities, etc. In order to make these reforms effective and efficient, it is necessary to train the next generation of leaders who will promote reforms that match the actual conditions of the country, while taking into account the findings of other countries. This will help to promote administrative reform and economic development. In this way, the program aims to contribute to the promotion of administrative reform and economic development, as well as to the building and strengthening of human and organizational networks between Japan and Viet Nam. |
