To this end, it is necessary to go through an appropriate legislative process and have highly skilled personnel draft and review bills appropriately, thereby developing laws and regulations that are compatible with todays society, and further improving the relationship between policies and laws. There is a need to ensure consistency between various laws and regulations. In addition, when a dispute arises, it is important for the business environment to be implemented fairly and promptly, which is the final means of dispute resolution. There is an urgent need to improve the capacity of courts. This cooperation aims to improve drafters ability to draft bills by improving training content for drafters (bill drafters) to ensure consistency between laws and regulations, as well as providing training and reference materials for judges in business-related cases. The project will improve the legal predictability of the business world by improving the logic of judgments and court procedures in business-related cases in the country. |
