This Technical Cooperation (TC) project aims to support the State Ministry for Women, Racial Equality and Older People (SEMIPI) of Paraná, Brazil, in the development and implementation of some components of the Paraná Amigo da Pessoa Idosa (Paraná Friend of Older People) program, including: (i) the development of a registry of institutional long-term care service providers; (ii) training of caregivers with a person-centered approach; (iii) the development of a community-based care needs prevention strategy; and (iv) the design of an investment plan for this policy. |
