Project Detail |
The project “Expansion of differentiated HIV services for key population groups in the Republic of Cuba” is aligned with the latest global technical guidelines and with the National Strategic Plan for the control of STIs, HIV and hepatitis 2024-2028 (PEN 2024-2028), currently in the process of approval by the MINSAP. The proposed interventions focus on reducing the incidence of HIV and AIDS-related deaths, by closing gaps in each of the pillars of the prevention and care cascades. Under this logic, the project enhances evidence-based investments aimed at key populations: men who have sex with men (MSM) and trans people. These investments aim to maximize the impact and achievement of the strategic objectives of the PEN 2024-2028, by addressing the most important bottlenecks in the National HIV Response. The project “Expansion of differentiated HIV services for key population groups in the Republic of Cuba” is aligned with the latest global technical guidelines and with the National Strategic Plan for the control of STIs, HIV... |
